Standard Cabinet Door Sizes
Cabinets come in standard sizes (wall cabinets 30, 36 or 42 inches tall; widths in 3-inch steps), but door sizes depend on the frame and the overlay, so measure your own doors. nuDoors makes any size from 5 to 36 inches wide and up to 96 inches tall.

Is there a standard cabinet door size?
Not really. Cabinet boxes come in standard sizes, but the door on a given box depends on the face frame, the overlay and the maker, so two "30-inch" wall cabinets can have different doors. For replacement doors, measure the doors you have; nuDoors makes every door to the size you enter, from 5" to 36" wide and 5" to 96" tall, in 1/16" steps.

How big is the door on a standard cabinet?
As a rule of thumb, for overlay doors:
- Width: a single door is the opening plus two overlays; a pair splits that width less a small gap (often 1/8").
- Height: the opening plus the top and bottom overlay. On a base cabinet with a drawer above, the door is shorter than the box by the drawer front and the frame rail.

Wide doors: one door or two?
nuDoors makes doors up to 36" wide, but doors wider than 24" (or taller than 50") are not covered for warping, and a very wide door swings out into the room. Many cabinets over about 24" wide use a pair of doors for that reason.
How many hinges does each size need?

Drawer front sizes
Drawer fronts are measured the same way as doors. nuDoors makes them from 5" to 48" wide and 4" to 24" tall.
